Excellent for Neck and Shoulder Pain

I have been waking up 2-3 times a night with both shoulder in horrible pain and it was shooting down into my arms and hands. After several tries...I decided to buy "The Big One" and after 3 nights, I am not walking up in pain anymore. It's the first pillow that supports my neck and prevents my shoulders from digging into the bed. I am going to buy another just in case I ever need it. Firm but comfortable. It's different but only took one night to get used to it, and very reasonably priced.
