Poor quality
Sorry to say that the griddle was poor quality. I'm 65 and have had two griddles by Calphalon in the past that I used until they wore out but this one did not heat evenly and warped. It could be because I purchased it at a discount chain in April but I can't return it to them because I used it.

This is a must have. Non stick. Can cook many things.
It warps
This griddle warps. So much so that it's useless in trying to cook pancakes (uneven cooking) or eggs (they run to the side.). Look for something else.

very good item
i bought this item for omelete and pancakes. i wil also use this griddle for frying kababs.its an awsome item for my kitchen.i can use it for so many purposes in my kitchen.a great addition to my kitchen.

This griddle works great for pancakes, eggs and french toast. Good size and easy clean up.

We bought that griddle almost 6 months ago. My sister and my mother lived that. We used everyday and this product is very useful. I believe every household should own one of this.

Great Grill
I am happy with this product and have cooked many breakfast meals on it. Just make sure you wash and dry it well. I started to see what looked like rust coloration. I no longer air dry or dry in dishwasher, I towel dry and let hang before putting away. Other than that, I am satisfied with the pan and I would recommend this to anyone who likes to cook breakfast or sandwiches or anything else this can be used for.
