Delivery service is NOT good

Chairs are great! No complaints! BUT, the boxes came with two big side holes on it. I don’t know why this happened. Plus, several washers and one screw cap are missing. My husband went to Home Depot to get the washers so the chairs can be properly assembled. But still a screw cap is missing. I don’t know how to post photos here. I love Macys, and have been a loyal customer for almost 15 years, bought big furniture before, but disappointed with the service this time!

Attractive, Comfortable, Well-Proportioned Chairs

I searched for months before finding these sturdy and attractive chairs These chairs are comfortable and very good-looking. The cushions are thick and firm with just enough give. They work very well with our modern looking house, but would probably suit various styles. I don’t yet know how they wear over time, since we’ve only had them for about a month. But I am hopeful they will last a long time.

Comfortable and Good Quality

I purchased 2 chairs and they look great on my patio. The aluminum frame is sturdy and the pillows are very comfortable. I like how the chair has a slight bounce when seated. I don't plan on leaving these chairs outside during the winter. Even though the description says the chairs are rust resistant, I have a feeling a couple years outside during the winter will change that.
