To use a battery you have to charge it so how does that work? How do you charge the book bag to use the battery pack

GREAT SPACE

Finally a bag I can say holds all my STUFF for flying Works great. I however cut the straps off since I'm not a backpack person BUT LOVE WHAT IT CAN HOLD considering I have gone thru several other bags This one did the trick so glad I found it FINALLY

Ripped seam after one month of normal use

The seam where the shoulder strap is connected to the backpack is ripping after one month. I suspect if I contact customer servicw they'll offer to replace it, but I shouldn't have this hassle. I expected this bag to hold up for a long time.

Wonderful Gift for a graduate

It was a perfect gift. The only concern was a warning tag that alerted us to a health hazard. We spoke with the sales rep who re-assured us that it was more a formality than a hazard. The backpack was irresistible and we pray that it serves the student very well.

Exactly what I needed!

I was a little hesitant about getting this for a trip to Mexico based on some of the reviews but I went ahead and ordered when there was a sale too good to pass up. The color is darker than pictured (matches the color of the luggage in this line). Nice size with good quality construction. There were some complaints that there was only one zippered part that has the double pulls but that’s not correct. There are two...although yes, they are both associated with the same compartment just different entry points. It would have been nice if it had them on all areas (except the 2 size compartments) but it’s not a huge deal breaker in my opinion. Immediately tested out the charging port and it worked with no issues. You have to have your own power bank but that’s probably stated in the description. Overall I am very happy with this bag. Of course only time will tell how long it lasts but I feel like it’s on par with the quality I’ve come to expect from TravelPro.

color matches the rest of the collection

in case you were wondering. The color of this bag matches exactly the color of the rest of the collection. For some reason on the web this looks like a different color but it is not. Only complaint is that I would have liked double zippers on two of the four entries into the bag instead of single zippers. Works great for a laptop
