for colorful minds

I love experimenting with colors in my household and I loved the brightness this set brought to my bedroom. I accented it with some fuschia pillows and a throw blanket.

Well, I had high expectations...

Received my queen duvet cover and sham set today. First the positives: I was a little worried when ordering that these were going to be neon yellow, which they aren't. They are a much more subdued color in real life (mustard-y?) and the ikat print is actually on a jacquard type fabric so there is a textural look about this duvet, which is kind of cool... Here are the negatives: this duvet is NOT double sided, the back side is a very thin white fabric. Every other duvet cover I have purchased has been able to be flipped over and used on both sides so this was a major let down, especially for the price, I was expecting a better quality product. Next, the actual craftsmanship is SUPER basic, no edging (piping), no ties or openings to keep the top of the duvet in place, cheap, barely sewn-on buttons at enclosure...just to name a few, I haven't washed it yet, so who KNOWS what it will look like after that, but I don't have high hopes for this to last for long which a shame because I REALLY love the print and color!! I have it on my bed, but I'm not sure if I'll be keeping this. Also make sure you check the size of your duvet insert and check measurements of this cover, seems too long on one side.

Wonderful!!

I absolutely adore this comforter! The color and pattern is so bold and vibrant, and it is so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.
