cannot wear. sole too slippery

This is a total waste of money. The sole is so slippery that they cannot be worn. Now I see that they cannot be returne.

Inaccurate Size

The advertised S (small) shoe size 6-7 is NOT correct. These slippers are too short and too narrow to qualify for a shoe size 7. Although the sole appears to be a 7 - the rear lip (at the heel) and the thick border at the toe reduces the shoe by 1.5 inches. Slippers are supposed to be comfortable. Can I exchange these for a Medium?
