Delivery never seems to be as promised.

On the day I was to receive this sweater, I got an email telling me it would be another week for delivery. I hesitate to order anything on line again that I may need by the "promised delivery date." This is not the first time delivery has failed. Pretty bad business to promise delivery and then change it on the day it's supposed to be delivered!!

You can do better for less

Looks ok, but I can tell it wont last. Steep decline in quality for the Macy's house brand. I have 15 year old Charter Club cashmere that's still nice, but this is thin and you can tell it will pill. Sadly, will be returning.
