I want to recognize a female Macy’s associate who helped me and my husband find a pair of shows last Thursday, May 16. We arrived in Traverse City without any shoes for him and we had come to attend a funeral on Friday morning. She made our last minute, hectic search for shoes go smoothly and her politeness and professionalism were appreciated.
