Lower quality cashmere

Left way too much lint on my collar shirt underneath when I tried it on don’t think it’ll get much better since it’s recommended dry clean only.

Love Macy's RoomClub cashmere sweathers

I have been buying these cashmere sweathers fir years. They are light to use but keep you warm in temperatures in the high 30's. I buy them around Thanksgiving time when the price is really good

Even exchange made difficult

The return policy was unfortunate. I brought a sweater back that cost $59.00 prior to Christmas. The return value was $34.00 because I had no receipt as it was a gift. Instead of an even exchange, grey sweater large for a grey sweater X-Large with all tags intact except price tag, I was asked to pay the difference between the new $69.00 rice tag and $34,00. Ridiculous. The sales person, Marco, was very nice when I became annoyed by this policy. He very nicely called the supervisor, who overrode the register and allowed an even exchange. Macy’s should not make returns so difficult.
