Not Good

This hat stretched after a few wears, and I don't have a large head. The material that the hat is woven with is very weak. Not a good buy.

Terrible customer service

Ordered this hat. Delivery said 2 days to come to a store near you. Now we are 5 days later and the order is still processing. I cannot cancel the order (you're only given 30 minutes to do that) and must return in the store whenever that is... disappointing.

Husband loved the fit, color, and warmth!

Great cap for city winds and weather. Finding a 100% wool cap was NOT easy but I found several choices at Macys.com. Good quality, beautiful navy color, and style was just perfect for my “very particular” man for whom it is quite hard to shop!
