Way too small

My husband wears 2XL. I ordered a 3 XL but it's way too small. Even smaller than a 2 XL, I don't know if they placed the wrong size tag on the shirt but it was too tight, we'll give it to my brother. The material was nice thought, soft and thin but not see through, you might have to dry it on a low setting because it seems that it will shrink.
