AI is taking over
In spite of the emails signifying my product was coming and other emails asking me how satisfied I am, and laos emails stating it is out for delivery, it has never arrived. My attempts to get past the AI in customer service via chat or calling have been thwarted and I have never been able to speak to a person and find out if I am ever going to actually receive what I ordered. My only option seems to be to cancel the order and obtain a credit however I really wanted the items.
Nice V-Neck Sweater
Great V-Neck thinner cashmere sweater. My husband will get a lot of use with the black sweater I purchased for him. He is 5'9 165lbs. The medium fit well.

orig order #4651011843 for 2 sweaters placed 10.11.25. Not received. contacted customer service. Given 2 options- resend or cancel. Resend. not received. called again and canceled. There is no other option offered. So much for my husband's present. What has happened to Macys.
