Terrible quality. Fell apart first wash

The problem wasn’t with the sweater. It was with Macy’s return policy. I was told it was 37 day. Today was day 37 and they wouldn’t refund my purchase. I had to settle for an in-store credit. I won’t be buying anything online from Macy’s. I was told they work with third party vendors so buyer beware. Sometime you’re buying from a third party vendor rather than Macy’s.

Looks terrible after 1 washing

The label says machine washable but after just 1 wash (on the delicates cycle) this sweater looks terrible! Lots of pilling, lint and fuzz. This is simply the lowest quality sweater I've every had. I literally can't wear it in public because it looks so terrible now.
