Crumpled Delivery

I was really disappointed in the condition the shirt was in when I picked it up from your Hilldale Store. It was unceremoniously dumped into a bag as if it were dirty laundry. I seemed that someone snatched it off the rack or a mannequin, unlike the other two shirts I bought and had shipped to my home that were wrapped, neatly folded with pins and cardboard, the shirt I received directly from the store had nothing but contempt and disrespect for both the product and me as a customer. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Not As Expected

Nice looking shirt at first wearing & a good fit, but I thought the "needs little ironing" in the description would mean "needs little ironing." It actually needs a lot of ironing. Would have chosen a different brand (or maybe a different store) had I known this. Other store brands are actually much better.
