They sent used or returned product.

They sent me a returned or used product. It looked OK, but it came in a small plastic bag without the packaging accouterments and haphazardly folded, not to mention completely wrinkled. I expected better from Macy's. After washing and ironing the shirt it was OK. I kept it to avoid the hazzle of the return procedure.

Overall a decent dress shirt

Would work much better in fitted or slim design. Collar would benefit from little more re-enforcement. Fabric feels soft and natural.
