I wish that they wouldn’t put any last act on Mail order items. I was fixing to buy, but not a last act mail order. I immediately stay away if I see that. Too risky. I’m okay for purchases that I have been able to try for fit, & style. It is demotivating to purchase any last act by mail Order & then are unable to return them for any reason.

Received Duplicate Colors – Poor Customer Service

I ordered four shirts in different colors, but I received two in the same color. I attempted to return them, but the process has been unnecessarily complicated. The shirts are also too large for me. I would appreciate assistance with a proper return or exchange

Terrible fit and quality. Did not know this was a last act item. I now know why! I’ll donate it to a local charity. Hopefully someone will like it.
