Never received this

Macy's decided to use alternate delivery service (that had no specific delivery instructions from me). I am all set up with UPS (delivery to my closest CVS) and USPS (because they have access to my older apartment building). I feel bad because Macy's will have to eat the cost of this (and I don't have 4 items that were well priced and perfect for my upcoming cruise.

POLITE EFFICIENT AND KIND

Love the sweater. Soft, High Quality and in-expensive at Last Act. The Associate (MAUREEN in Men's) was quick, efficient and very kind. It is people working at Macys like MAUREEN is a reason to purchase more from Macys.

Not true color

Not as white as advertised. The material is quite transparent as well.

Very Thin

I have purchased cashmere shirts from Macy’s before, usually the ones that are around $50 on sale. This particular shirt is much thinner and more see-through compared to the higher-priced cashmere shirts. However, it is still very soft.
