Horrible Online Experience

I ordered these Sandals on July 16th 2024 to take on my vacation. It is August 6, 2024 and I have not received pick-up notice as yet. My order is still showing processing. I have called Macy's customer support a week ago and the representative told me I should receive an update in 24 hours, I did not. Horrible online ordering experience! Please refund and cancel my order.

Boats and toe torture separator

I was like wow! That’s a great price ! Throw them in the cart and see how they feel because you haven’t had a new pair of sandals for a minute! OMGGG!!!! They hurt like crazy and they are large enough to float me across the Detroit River if I had a paddle board! Nevertheless, they are really wide and long, andddd the tie between the toes is so large the separation is like torture! Stay away unless your toes are naturally 3/8” apart from one another on the same foot!

Too Thick for the division of toes

Bought this for my husband due to the great reviews this sandal had. The description said it had Arch support; water-resistant; contoured footbed so sounded great - but when you put the sandal on the toes hurt so bad - never realized the separation of toes were so thick that when you try to slip into this sandal -the toes get painfully separated and really hurts the toes - Ouch! So obvious only AFTER trying this sandal on - Not wearable - Wish it was . Very Disappointed

Too BIG: Absurd Sizing

I wear size 9 shoe and size 8 or 9 flip flops. I bought size 9, retuned it as it was too big. Brought size 8, 3 pairs for all boys in the family but guess what these are at least an inch bigger in my feet. I am returning it. Do not waist your money on these. Thanks! Manny
