Horrible shopping and Customer Experience!

Ordered Size 42. Received size 44, just before a leaving on an overseas trip. Called Customer Service who told me to not return the shirts. Then, three-weeks later while overseas they tell me to return the shorts. I emailed MacysDisputes@citi.com, NO RESPONSE. Horrible shopping and Customer Experience!
