Quality shirt with a some issues

I ordered four of these mock turtles. Overall quality is good but the sizes run small and sleeve lengths are on the short side. They may be OK if you order the next larger size then you would normally wear. I found the neck length to be too high and uncomfortable. I fold the collar down when wearing them but the neck feels really tight.
