I got the set instead

I originally got the big perfume bottle because it was 1/2:off on the site but was informed days later that it wasn't available.....I then saw there was this set with perfume and cream ( I love to layer) and got it but it was double the price. I got coach live last year and love it. Was in Macy's and wanted to try the Coach Gold, not available but they gave me a sample, the opening notes are strong Jasmine,rose, I think but dies down nicely.

Spray part arrives in bad condition

Something happened to the spray part of the bottle. I took it out of the box and it was sitting sideways. I never could get it to spray so I pulled the chain and the top off of it and put another spray thing in and got it to work. Something happened in shipping somewhere for it to arrive in this condition. I love the fragrance and the little bottle and lotion are perfect. I hope the sprayer I put on the big bottle continues to work!

Online Purchase

I ordered this perfume as a Christmas present for my daughter. I ordered the perfume online on December 13, 2025 and tracking number said I would receive the order on December 22, 2025 which was a total lie. I spoke to sales representative on December 23, 2025 and was told they would ship the perfume but still have yet to receive the perfume I ordered. This is truly a very disappointing situation.
