False promise of same day pickup

Thsi items suppose to be ready for pick-up same day. It is not we are not able to reach anybody at the store. Customer service is useless as well.

I year later purchased second color

Had ordered the navy last year and really enjoyed a year of use. Saw that Macy’s was carrying the same bag but in dark stone. Had to purchase. Love the color taupe, has always been my favorite. The antique gold hardware is beautiful, the leather is yummy and really love the style and comfort of this bag. I can add a light cardigan in the bag as well for chilly restaurants and grocery stores. This bag is a keeper.
