Never arrived

Said it would arrive before Christmas, but was out for delivery the day after Christmas, only to not be delivered at all. Tried filing a claim through Macy's and getting a refund for over a week now. UPS is unable to help me since the claim process is strictly through Macys if you encounter an issue like this. Don't care if I don't receive the item, give me my refund.
