It was missing the hang tag

I was so excited to see that this product was available in dusty pink AND on sale. When I received the item it was missing the hang tag so I had to return it as the product is no longer available and could not be exchanged. Please do better Macy's.

"Boxed" with NO LID

The item is called 'Coach BOXED Essential...' yet the box did not come with a lid. If you want to give as a gift, don't bother. No lid makes it look cheap and no effort. I've reached out to customer support and nothing has been done. Not only is it difficult to get a real person on support chat, the bot keeps saying it's 'under review'... I was supposed to be reached out to in 48 hours and it's been a week now. I JUST WANT MY LID. I'm disappointed, won't be shopping at Macys anymore.

Am happy to have it

I saw this on sale and I had to buy it. It is sooo cute. The red is not a fire truck red, but more of a muted rose red. I was expecting a bright red that Coach can give, but this is not it. Overall I will keep because I do adore her.
