Strap issues anyone?

Cute bag but I couldn’t find anywhere to fasten the enclosed shoulder strap. There are no hooks or loops for it. Has anyone noticed it or did mine come defective?

Mini Cherry Tote Bag

I absolutely love the Mini Cherry Tote Bag it’s adorable, great quality and exactly what I was hoping for. My only disappointment is that it didn’t come with a box or even a Coach dust bag to help keep it clean and protected. For the price and brand, I expected some type of protective packaging.
