The perfect bag

This is the perfect size bag. It holds so many things without looking too bulky. The magnetic closure is really strong so it does not open randomly. The maple color is the perfect brown. Truly met everything I could have even dreamed of and more

Horrible Customer Service

This would have been a lovely gift that my daughter has been excitedly waiting for. Except that IT NEVER CAME! Two days before Christmas the bag gets “returned to sender” by the shipper!!! And now I have to wait TWO WEEKS for my refund. Extremely disappointed and suffice it to say I will not be shopping at Macys any longer. Went straight to Coach Store to get my daughter’s long awaited gift!
