Check this bag out in person before buying online. In person, the quality feels very flimsy, which I was surprised due to the price point. Still a cute bag but not worth the retail price.
love the worn leather
The corners and handles of the bag are distressed. I really like the look of it and it adds personality to what would otherwise be a plain black bag. The size is slightly smaller than expected, but it fits under my arm well and holds all my essentials (wallet, phone, sunglasses case and 37 lip products).
Did not like - returning it
I didn’t like the black/brown leather. I thought, at first, there was something wrong with the purse. I’m returning it. I don’t think this Coach bag is up to the standards of Coach leather goods bought 30 years ago.

Delayed Shipping
The fact I was sent this email to review a product I have not received is upsetting. Your customer service is horrible. I’ve emailed twice about my delay and have been given different delivery dates and still haven’t received anything. Then I was offered a coupon for the inconvenience and the coupon has an expiration date of Feb 2019. As a platinum member I thought I would be taken care of. I will cancel my credit card asap. This is so disappointing.
