I am so lucky that I I was able to snag this bag. It's a lovely color. It's a perfect size. It's small, but mighty can fit so much. The qualities is outstanding. The only thing is that I do wish to strap was just a little bit longer. I do feel like it sits right under your armpit.

Need more color options
The Brooklyn 23 size bag is a perfect size for wheelchair users as myself. However there aren’t many color options such as the Merlot (really need this color). Please consider making this size in other colors as you do with the other Brooklyn bags ☺️

Retro 90s Minimalism
Beautiful Winter Red bag. This bag and color is it for the fall and winter. It is giving retro 90s minimalism. I love to wear this bag as a little shoulder bag and it is so stylish. I love that it comes with a long crossbody chain for functionality when I want my hands free or to just have the bag secured to my body. Fits the essentials like a small wallet or cardholder, lipgloss/balm, hand sanitizer, and an iPhone. Due to the wide opening and snap closure, if this bag tilts over everything will fall out. I have had this happen with the larger brooklyn bag. I hope this style and size comes out in honey brown.

Paid Full Price for what appears to be a Returned
I don’t usually write reviews—in fact, this is my first one—but I felt compelled to share this experience. I just received my Coach Brooklyn Bag 23, and I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s. The item appeared to be a return. There was no official Coach packaging—only a white dust bag. The purse was poorly wrapped, the strap had no protective covering, there was cut cardboard stuffed inside, and the price tag had been partially cut off. This is unacceptable, especially since I paid full price for a brand-new item. Buyers, please beware.
