dull bag

This bag is fit for a Queen. The only problem is that the strap is too wide, and the gold should be more polished. It looks dull.

If only.....

The day after ordering I received notice that they were out of stock. Normally would not bother writing anything, but I since I used mostly gift cards, it has been a nightmare dealing with Macy's. They offshore their customer service and it is hard to believe in this day and age they can't send me an instant e-gift card to replace what I used. I know you can buy an e-card and send to someone, so not sure why they can't. I've been waiting weeks and apparently they are physically mailing me one that is supposed to be here in January!!! Once I work through the other gift cards I have, I will start shopping elsewhere.
