Never Received

I ordered this handbag on June 26. I tracked it and was given multiple dates for delivery. Now there is no more tracking available, has said 'item is delayed' for weeks. I contacted Macy's online chat who told me to report it again tomorrow if not received???? Why can't they do something today? It's clear the package is lost. I don't have to to continually report the same issue over and over and nothing is done. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shame on Macy's.
