Terrible experience Order #: 4677902133

I was forced to accept this as a alternative after my original purchase was resold before I could pick it up. I was told over the phone and via the Macys app that my order needed to be picked up by December 10th however when I went to pickup the order 2 days after I was told it was ready the staff at NorthPark mall told me that they couldn't find it and the sales rep in the department told the manager that she sold it. When I asked how could something that was already purchased then be resold I couldn't get a answer instead I got a few "I emphasize with you" statements. This was a Christmas gift for my wife and now I'm hoping that she will like this alternative instead. Overall I wish I could give this a negative star review
