Best bag ever!!!
What an amazing bag!!! Such a perfect size for everything. It is such a comfortable bag to carry and so gorgeous. I’m so happy I got it and will use it as my every day bag.

Love This Bag But...
This bag is the perfect size for running around and fits quite a bit in it. The problem is that the strap keeps coming unhooked on one side. I have had my bag drop on the ground several times since owning it, and the contents have spilled everywhere. Very frustrating and embarrassing when this happens. For the cost of this bag, the hooks should be higher quality and stay fastened. I have several Coach bags that I love and, unfortunately, this one fails to meet the high marks I give my other bags because of this issue.
Cary crossbody bag
I still haven’t received the bag after ordering it over a week ago. Macys won’t let me cancel the order and the carrier states they haven’t received the shipment. Appears Macys dies t care about its customer. I’ve already been billed for the bag. Therefore, how can I review the bag?

Perfection of a bag
I decided to treat myself to my first honest, authentic designer bag and I chose this bag. I could NOT have chosen something better. I am going to cherish this forever bag. It fits everything I need just perfect. I am already very emotionally attached to my Cary bag. She’s becoming my other-half. Treat yourself or anyone to this bag! You won’t regret it.

This handbag is gorgeous. Well made and the perfect size. Not too big, not too small. I absolutely love it!
Disappointed
received the Cary Crossbody as a gift from my boyfriend for our 4-year anniversary in April 2025. Sadly, after using it just four times, the stitching on the shoulder strap came completely undone, and I can no longer wear it. As a full-time medical student, I don’t get many chances to go out, so I’ve taken extra care with the bag. To see it fall apart so quickly — in under 3 months — has been incredibly disappointing and honestly heartbreaking considering its sentimental value. Even more frustrating, when I brought the bag into the Macy's, I was told they couldn’t help me because it was past the 30 days of purchase. DON"T buy your bags from Macys better to purchase from the brand directly so they may help you. The Coach boutique is unable to help since I purchased it from Macy's. I am so upset and will never buy from Macy's again. The quality and customer care were very disappointing and unhelpful.
