LOVE this bag! The bag exudes a fun and playful vibe. It is large enough to hold my wallet, phone, keys, sunglasses and more. I don't like oversized bags but I like something large enough to hold the basics.

Pretty but with issues.
Handbag is pretty but was mailed without 2 of the 3 straps. I called customer service and instead of rectifying or allowing me to return it to a store and credit my credit card account, I received an email stating that I would receive a gift card in the amount I paid after I send the handbag back. (Short version of review.)
