Pretty but with issues.

Handbag is pretty but was mailed without 2 of the 3 straps. I called customer service and instead of rectifying or allowing me to return it to a store and credit my credit card account, I received an email stating that I would receive a gift card in the amount I paid after I send the handbag back.
