Beautiful

This Coach purse is so beautiful and elegant. The blue is in the darker side so it would match more colors. Good size. Happy with the purchase.

Missin from delivery

How can I rate something I haven’t received? I ordered 2 purses, 1 coach tote and I coach tabby, well I received the tote but not the tabby so I called Macys (Ron) to tell them about the missing item and they tell me I do not have to return the tabby purse that they will do a refund. Well first of all, How can I return something that I never received? so they said they would send me out another tabby purse but as of today I still have no tabby purse and I hope they don’t think I have the purse and just bsing them! I wouldn’t ask for the same purse if I already had one! I really wanted that purse! And the person that packed the box might have kept it for themselves to try and make it look like they sent it to me? who knows? I’m Not happy about this! Now I believe the purse is no longer in stock but I get NO communication of this from Macy’s! I’m not even sure if they refunded my acct for the missing purse or charged me for saying they were going to send another one to me said Ron. 😡
