Black Day from Macy’s

I ordered this twice. Returned first one because the black chain shoulder strap was missing. Second one was missing too. Yet it was listed in product details as well as the leather cross body strap!!! What gives??? Love the purse but I want my money’s worth! And I want the black chain shoulder strap!!!!!!!!
