Looked used and not like in the picture

I don't understand why they send a bag in such poor condition! I definitely return this bag as soon as possible! Looks like was a return because the handle was used. Today disappointed! Not too mention the package came in a single plastic bag with no pads !

Not new re tagged

I'm returning this bag. It's beautiful but the original tags were not on it and then I noted a small receipt stating "re tagged" and then I noted a few small defects. I knew the price was too good to be true. Never again.

Been waiting for this bag to go on sale....happy dance..it was on sale for half off..with my stars money and gift from my husband..it's now mine..so it in the store. Beautiful just a out standing coach Bag..not to big not to little perfect..ten stars

Just Beautiful

I've resisted "Coach" bags for years. It's my sisters brand. As I've only seen her with boring, dark, heavy purses - I passed them by. My style is Brahmin, Furla, Patricia Nash, vintage designer, a little more edgy. Well, this bag turned me on! I've been ogling it for a few weeks - and Baam! - 30% off. I bought my very first Coach bag today! This thing is just impeccably constructed, fabulous leather, so much room for a smallish purse, TWO discreet outside pockets with mag closures. The best zipper hands down. I LOVE it! So don't you dare buy it... Two negatives: 1st, the interior pockets one is zip up the other isn't and everything slips out. Vertical pockets are best. 2nd, this is a very heavy bag to begin with and filled with my regular stuff - it's really heavy.

Disappointed

handbag doesn’t represent the coach quality. I was very disappointed when I received this bag. Very cheaply made. The quality definitely does not reflect the amount of money you pay for bag. However, Macy’s did handle the return very Efficiently! My credit card was credited quickly as well.

Disappointed

I feel this bag has a very cheap feel. I definitely do not think this bag is worth the price offered. The handle straps feel like fake leather. The hardware is very light in weight and doesn't feel of Coach quality. The arm strap does have a better feel of real leather. Leaves me wondering if this is a real Coach bag sold through Macy's.?? That's the million dollar question.
