The strap is too long and skinny, doesn't fall well on the body, and it's a little too bulky as a clutch purse

Very Disappointed!

I ordered this to give to my granddaughter. I was stunned when I noticed that the logo was crooked. Unbelievable! I am very disappointed that my purchase did not reflect the quality that I expect from Coach products and products sold by Macy's.
