Beyond gorgeous! It’s a little bigger than I thought but I love it. It fits really good over my shoulder. Normally I am a crossbody person but couldn’t resist this crystal beauty. It fits a ton and I plan to use even if it’s just my wallet, phone and lip gloss in it! I can’t wait for it to be spring here in MN so I can start using it with cute spring colors!

Delivery HORRIBLE
I love my bag but NO dust bag for purse that is 1,000 is crazy ! They didnt even put it in a box just a poly bag and this bag is crystalized! I didnt even bother to see if any crystals came off. But the bag is amazing i love it

Sparkle Level: 10/10. Practicality: Needs Work.
I absolutely love this bag! First of all, it is SO sparkly 😍. The embellishments are gorgeous and really make it stand out. The bag is also very spacious, which I personally love. While it’s big, it doesn’t feel too big to me at all—I already own several purses around this size, so it fits perfectly into my usual rotation. That said, there are a few downsides worth mentioning. The strap is short and only attached on one side, not a double strap, which limits how you can carry it. The bag also pops open occasionally, which can be frustrating. I’ve already noticed wear on the clasp from opening and closing it, so I’m a bit concerned about how it’ll hold up over time. Another surprising con is that there are no feet on the bottom. For a bag that’s heavily bedazzled and jeweled—especially on the underside—you’d really expect protective feet to prevent wear. Overall, it’s a beautiful statement bag with great size and sparkle, but the design details could definitely be improved for better durability and functionality

Disappointed with Macys.com
I was really disappointed with this purchase. The purse itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the one I received had rust on the handle, and the box arrived very damaged. Since this was a new bag, I didn’t expect those issues, so I returned it and reordered. A couple of days later, I received an email saying the item was sold out, even though it was still showing as available online. That was frustrating and disappointing, especially because I was looking forward to the bag. I usually shop in-store at Macy’s and don’t often order online, and this experience makes me hesitant to use their online service again. Ended up ordering on Coach.com instead, which is a bummer because I live Macys for their rewards.
1960 bag with an 2025 up-grade coach style
I love the bag it reminds me of the bags my mom carried when I was young with an up-grade . It’s lots of room the bag will go good with a Jean outfit I just wish coach had shoes to match

Jacquard crystal
I’ve been looking for the signature brown crystal large Kisslock bag but it’s out of stock so I ordered the black one and I fell in love with that bag then I saw this rainbow crystal Kisslock and the photo don’t look to good to me but I said let me order it and if it doesn’t look good I’ll just return it and wait for the brown crystal one to come back in stock,. But when I received the bag I was in love the photos don’t capture the true beauty of this bag I love it , I prefer the large Kisslock bags. The only complaint I have is I don’t mind storing my leather one in the dust bag but for this crystal bag I prefer to store it in a Coach box and dust bag but unfortunately Macy don’t send the original black Coach box they just send plastic bag and dust bag in a Macy regular box, but I would like the Coach box to safely store my bags especially my crystal bag. If Macy has any suggestions on how I can acquire a Coach box please let me know. Don’t hesitate to buy this bag it’s gorgeous.

I really like my bag but it came visually worn already but still sold for full price. I don’t like that. I’m sure if I’ll keep it at this time
