Gorgeous bag, poor customer service

This bag is absolutely gorgeous! Rating the bag itself i would rate it 5+ ! However my bag did not come with the cross body strap. After spending time on the phone with Macy's customer service where i was first offered a 50% discount, then per a supervisor the highest discount they could offer was 25%. I agreed to that and they said i would receive an email confirming the discount. After 6 days and no email and no discount on my card, i returned the bag. Poor customer service...no quality check to make sure the bag was complete, no discount after 6 days. No way was i paying full price for a bag that was missing a strap.
