My favorite bag

So many things to say about this bag. I love the color. I love the size. I love the way it looks, it’s very versatile I can accessorize it in many different ways. It just checks out a lot of the boxes of what I want in a bag.

Great bag, flawed order process

My wife loves the bag! It's large enough to hold what she needs, even with dividers. What we didn't like was that when we were putting in the order, we requested tag engraving, but somewhere in the order process, the engraving request was lost, even though everything else was correct.

Disappointing, ultimately returned it

Very disappointed in arriving to the store only to find out, the was no gift box, gift bag, nothing. The purse was at Online pickup in a plastic Macy's bag with the security tag still attached. The presentation was and is as much apart of this type of gift and Macy's in this case dropped the ball. I returned the bag and got it elsewhere, maybe next time Macy's
