Beautiful and well made

I am happy with this purchase, I don't think the strap is genuine leather but I love it anyway. The quality lives up to Coach bag purchases I made in the 90's, the craftsmanship is great, I love dressing the bag up and the color is beautiful. I will be buying the larger bags and I know from experience that if you take care of these bags they will last. I still have my coach bags from 1993.

Disappointed Long Term Customer

I initially loved the bag; however, my experience changed once I began traveling with it. I have owned it for less than a month, and it is already showing noticeable scuffing. This is especially disappointing given the price point. As a loyal customer of Coach, this is the first time I have been dissatisfied with one of your products. I had higher expectations for both the quality and durability, and I hope this concern can be addressed.

A bag you can use every day!
