Beautiful

Beautiful bag. Spacious, the color, the hardware and the straps. The bag can be either elegant or casual depending on the straps. Now I'm looking for an wallet to match.

It won't stay closed.

With only one pocket, there's just too much exposed.

Terrible design

I literally received this bag a few minutes ago and I’m going to return it. The snap closure on the bag cannot stay closed for one second. I can’t believe Coach is selling a bag that is so flawed. I’m so disappointed.
