Short ended on Order

Only received one deodorant stick and I ordered 2. Every time I call customer service they say they will send the other one but it’s been over 2 weeks now and no confirmation that they are sending another one. Then I got an email that said my order is complete and satisfied. Well it’s not and because of this I might not order from Macys anymore and even tell my friends and family what you guys did. Really bad customer service just promises
