My son and I went into Macy's because he had ran out of deodorant. We spelled a few scents and he liked this one.

My package was delivered yesterday but you didn’t leave it in my apartment you leaved outside to the mailbox and some person came to my apartment to gave it to me .

Short ended on Order

Only received one deodorant stick and I ordered 2. Every time I call customer service they say they will send the other one but it’s been over 2 weeks now and no confirmation that they are sending another one. Then I got an email that said my order is complete and satisfied. Well it’s not and because of this I might not order from Macys anymore and even tell my friends and family what you guys did. Really bad customer service just promises
