Damaged

This would have been my third pair in this style, but unfortunately this pair will be return. First let me state Coach wedge is comfortable to wear all day while shopping, running errand and out and about everyday. Secondly cream color is beautiful it matches cream pillow tabby bag. I purchased cream Coach Wedge shoe from Macy. Shoes looked like someone just thrown them into a box not properly packed for new shoes; also, shoes have black marks across the top ( go figure). I expected better packaging protection for full price shoes.
