Not the best quality. There was a scratch on the bag and a couple of creases on it! Very disappointed with it, material seemed cheap!
Ugh.
So the bag is gorgeous. However she doesn't stay on my shoulder at all. Always slipping and sliding off and it's incredibly frustrating. The bag is just one giant pit it's very hard to find anything. I loved it so much at the store I got it customized making it a final sale. It's so expensive to be slipping off the shoulder.

The ideal bag for work/life!
Really nice quality! This bag has been on my list for a while because I originally had wanted the Brooklyn 39, but this bag surpassed my expectations! It fits my 13 in laptop, iPad, makeup bag, wallet, and even my water bottle! I like that it fits everything but it doesn’t look huge. The slouch on the bag is so nice and I love the leather. The strap doesn’t fall off my shoulder and it’s comfortable to wear even when full! The inner lining of the bag is pretty too! Overall, get investment!

I bought four bags this year and this is the one I reach for on repeat. It literally goes with everything and it adds class to any outfit. I can dress it up or down and it isn’t flashy yet it makes a statement.

Stunning 🤩
Absolutely stunning! I love the Juliet 38 and customization option. I’m so glad the customization came done since my city doesn’t have a coach store. The buttery leather softens up and gets slouchy which I love. It’s big enough for my kindle and all the other stuff I carry. The Juliet is my favorite style!

Poorly packaged, missing dust bag and creased
Unfortunately the bag I received was poorly packaged and came in a box that was broken. The bag came heavily creased and did not include a dust bag. Seems that this bag may have been used and returned.
