Horrible experience

I was sent a display piece with security tag still attached covered in scratches and dust. They didnot bother to even wipe dust off before sending just threw it in a box and sent it to me. The dust bag was shoved inside. I really expcted better from macys.

SCRATCHED BAG

Bag came scratched, I had read some reviews about bags being scratched but I wanted to trust it was not going to be my case, bag has clear, deep and very noticeable scratches front and back, I cannot keep the bag and it is already sold out at Macys I would think twice before buying a Coach at Macy's, really disappointing experience

Missing a few important things to make it perfect!

I like the overall size of the bag, but it lacks an outside pocket, inside dividers & protective bottom feet! Why don’t Coach bags have protective feet for the price of the leather bags, they should have metal feet on the bottom to keep them clean!
