Lots of Compliments!

Love the quality of leather...of course I would it's Coach. My only complaint is that I feel the handles should be structured to keep the stand up effect. After on a short time of ownership they tend to collapse/bend in either direction. I fear that over time, the beautiful handles that were the statement feature for why I chose the bag will not endure their strength to stand tall. I feel some disappointment in that prediction. The bag was an investment and a gift received. I enjoyed getting my Coach hangtag personalized in the store and learning I can get my bag cleaned routinely to retain the luster and beauty. I loved the bag so much, I immediately purchased two pairs of shoes to compliment it. I am currently enjoying how spacious it is, the quality leather, and notable but tastefully placed gold "C" emblem on the bottom corner, but I am certain this feedback can be a valuable asset for future designs with similar handle details and purchase deliberations.

Love my Lana!

Lana Handbag in Olive is my 4th Lana - she is divine! Structure but hobo-like, holds-it-all daily bag, and a wonderful carry-on purse for the plane, too. Love her!

Awful smell

The purse is pretty. However, it is not lined and has a strange chlorine type smell. We were hoping It would have a nice leather smell. And, it has an unattractive interior without lining. For the price, we expected better quality.

Zero care

Horrible, just horrible treatment, but treatment would mean they did something. They did absolutely nothing. It will never matter how nice the bag is, it will always remind that cared zero for me, my love for my wife, and my wife.
