Love Coach

beautiful flawless leather. i like the straps. shipping was packaged very well and quickly. The quickest i have ever received a macys order.

Defective/Flawed Product

I purchased this product almost 2 years ago. This was probably my 5th Coach bag purchased. I was disappointed that I could not exchange it when I took it back to the store about 6 months ago. The short strap on the purse is defective. The threading is exposed. It continues to get worse even though I try not to handle it too much. This makes the purse very unattractive and cheap looking. Considering the amount of money I spent for this purse I feel that I should have been able to exchange it. Very disappointed.

Pretty Purse but...

This purse is perfect for every day use, plenty of room for wallet, phone, makeup, etc. It is a classic look. The leather is very pretty but am not a fan of the gold link on the strap, I think it cheapens the look and better if silver. So am returning and ordering the black logo with silver accents.

Love This Purse!!!

I have fallen in love with this Coach bag. I have looked forever for "my perfect purse" and I have finally found it. I loved it so much, I bought it in two colors and plan on getting a couple more in the future. It has room, it has a zipper pocket on the outside, can be carried three different ways and the leather is beautiful.

Perfect color and size

I ordered mine in Heather Grey and I love the color. The size is prefect to keep it tucked under my arm comfortably. The pebble leather is beautiful and the dark nickel metal is a nice touch. It does jingle a bit, but I don't mind. I have not used the longer strap yet, but I love that it's an option for traveling. I love it and bought one for my mom as a mother's day gift. She loves it also.

Color oxtail blood too dark

The color is too dark almost burnt brown. Not as beautiful a pictured
