Very Disappointed

I purchased this handbag in the Merlot color between November and December 2025 and decided to wear it a few days ago. It was hard for me to believe what kept happening. The longer strap kept coming loose from the bag causing it to fall off my shoulder several times as if the hardware is defected, or if both straps cannot be hooked to the bag. It seems as if the hardware is not strong enough as my other brands. And for a COACH handbag that I paid full price for, this is unacceptable! I have numerous handbags and never had such experience. The overall rating is a three for me because of its size and style, but functionality should be a one due to safety concerns. I will contact customer service to see if an exchange is possible since I have only used it once. So, so disappointed!

Beautiful Bag !

I was watching this bag as I wanted it to be on sale. I missed the first sale but was able to purchase on the second sale. It fits a cell phone normal wallet some makeup items keys etc. Can be used as a crossbody or regular bag. Very nice find.

Disappointed

Cheap bag in construction strap keeps unhooking for no reason,not enough compartment slots for items considering the price and I remember when coach gave you a great bag with thought into it as I still have the bags. Only I can add is color is great and different than brown,black,or beige.i will keep it for the color only nothing else
