Highly recommended I got mines from Macy’s

Ordered mines October 15th at 10pm and they said it was on back order so expected shipping date was November 14th but to my surprise I received a notification that she shipped TODAY 😀 so freaking excited to play with her. 🎁🥰😊💪🏽

This is a lovely bag! I use it mostly as my work bag and it can hold a lot. It’s beautiful scrunched up as clutch too. It was worth the price and will last for ages. I got the currant color.

Pickup at Store 🏪 No! 🚫👎🏿⛔😒

I purchased this purse on October 4th, 2025. I still have not received it and it is October 15th 2025. So if you purchase this purse online and say pickup at the store thinking that you can go right to the store and pick it up cuz you purchasing it at the store. No! 🚫👎🏿⛔😒They are shipping it and it's going to take forever to get to you and you still got to get in your car and pick it up from the store. You only get 15 minutes to change your order to them delivering it to your home. You do not get in the email that is not at the store. When you purchase it at the store you have to call and find out this. I'm so upset so yes they getting zero stars. 😭

This is a review on MACYs and not the Product.

I ordered this bag while it was in-stock and my order was cancelled the next day. Called the customer rep to have it reordered because it was back in stock. But the order was cancelled again a second time. How do you show something is in stock, charge someone's card then cancel. they need to fix their system and also fix their customer service. Never ordering from Macys again!
