I purchased two pair of these shoes and the shoe did not come with the "C" Coin. I called Macys 3 times, and each time they told me that they were going to send replacement shoes with the "C" Coin and each time the shoes never came and each time I call and the to me the shoes were not in stock. When I go online, I see they still have the shoes in my size. I know they lied, because I purchased the brown pair two months before I ordered the black ones. The brown ones also did not come with the "C" Coin. If you are Purchasing this she expecting to get the "C" Coin with the shoe, "forget about it", they do not have any "C" Coins with the shoes.

NO COIN

When you take a picture of an item and list it for sale and send something other than what was pictured after payment it’s called false advertising. I thought it was just a mistake until I started reading the reviews. Looks like I will have to spend more time out of my day while trying to shop on at Macys to make sure I’m not wasting my time.

No Coin !!

These shoes run a little large and wide. I ordered a size 10 and returned them for 9 1/2, shoe was a nice quality and I like the fit, but it did not have a coin! I see a bunch of reviews saying that no one got a coin, Macy’s really should do something about this. The coach coin is one of the highlights of this shoe. Send us the coins!!

Falsely Advertised

Order these shoes TWICE and both times they came with NO COACH COIN inside. Completely misleading and falsely advertised. Highway disappointed. Will definitely be returning them AGAIN!!!
