Wrong Bag Received

I got this bag as a gift for a friend. I also requested a gift bag, so when it arrived in the gift bag I didn’t want to open and ruin the packaging. But during the bag reveal, to my surprise, I received a wrong small and ugly red and orange strange looking bag. I was not only embarrassed but I had to explain that it was not the bag I ordered. Now I have to look for a store around and get a refund. Goodbye to wanting to gift someone something nice!!! Totally disappointed.
